My Story
Lileth Semper Vinzon-Expectacion was born and raised in the wonderful land of the Orient pearls—the Philippines. She was raised by her parents on the south shore of Manila Bay, in the Calabarzon region of Luzon Island, Cavite City.Lileth is a proud Filipina, and has never forgotten to reach back to help others from her homeland. In her spare time, Lileth is one of the administrators of a non-profit company that supports Filipino educators and students. Every year, they conduct fundraising events, with all proceeds going to less-fortunate schools in the Philippines.
My Focus
Lileth is skilled in all of USA’s software systems, and has demonstrated great ability to implement, resolve, and mediate most technical issues for the company. The clear majority of Lileth’s technical expertise has come from on-the-job training, including her previous work as an IT sales associate and facilitator for one of the top IT consumer companies in the Philippines. Working in the ever-changing IT world has made Lileth even more determined to persevere and continue to develop her craft as back-office team leader for USA. Lileth loves the hands-on aspects of her job, which include crossing various operational verticals and helping to influence USA’s growth.My Favorites
